The Cosy Corner Leamington Spa, Warwick

Location. Plenty of equipment in kitchen although we had to re wash everything we used.

Not clean. Carpet moths in bedroom. Extensive mould in bathrooms. Reeked of bleach to extent it hurt the eyes. Side of bath broken and falling off. Owner did try and remedy moths but it didn’t work. Very poor state for letting out.

Excellent location

Smell from Drain of washer and noisy from road noise.

Nice and cosy everything you could wish for was supplied.

No lights on the steps outside was a bit scary at night.

This place is truly a gem and the place is much more beautiful than the pictures. Bella is a great host. We found our stay very relaxing and comfortable here as it had every little detail covered for a family that travels with young children. From toddler friendly plates, cutlery etc. with high chair. The place was immaculate and so well done that it felt right at home, nestled in this lovely apartment to enjoy Warwickshire. The location is perfect in terms of the castle being 2 minutes away, a Sainsbury's around the corner and much more convenient to drive down to Cadbury world and Silverstone as a day trip than to live in the noise of Birmingham. I would definitely recommend this place to all and would love to keep it for our future itineraries as well. 12/10 if I could!
