The hotel is great value for money, it is clean, while small the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is really good and well priced and there is a parking, a rarity in and around Annecy! If you are travelling by car then this is for you. If you are not motorised then you might find the location to be a bit far from the centre (3km) but should be easy enough to access by bus. Overall, very happy with this one!

Check in is done entering your reservation number on a display who then releases your entry code. The receptionist may not be there to facilitate check-in. you cannot enter the code early so you will have to wait until 2 PM when check in is allowed by the machine. Which means you have to wait either outside the building or in the very small room where the check in machine is located. There is no AC in this room and 6 people will feel crowded in this room. Also, people around will see your room code when you check in. Room is very small. Bathroom very small too.

The staff at this B&B hotel are hardworking and very attentive. The hotel is 3 minutes away from a supermarket and a 13 minute drive from the Annecy lake.

Accueil parfait, chambre impeccable pas trop loin du lac, nous avons pris les vélos. Certes le parking extérieur gratuit est petit, mais il y a possibilité d’accéder au parking souterrain qui lui est payant, où nous avons une place automatiquement réservée et il y a de la place pour se garer. Il y a un Leclerc juste à côté pour les courses.
