The room was brand new, clean, and designed with a modern touch. I was especially impressed by the smart technology – from the lighting system to the TV and controls, everything felt high-end and convenient. A comfortable and tech-savvy stay in Mong Cai!

The check-in and check-out desk was located in the lobby of a gym next door, which felt a bit unusual and less private. It would be nicer to have a dedicated reception area inside the hotel itself.

Clean

I've never had so hard matress in any hotel or any place at all. It was almost impossible to sleep. And there was a gym at ground floor and THEY STARTED A BODYPUMP OR ZUMBA OR WHATEVER SESSION WITH EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC AT 5:30 am. Even at 4th floor it was terribly loud. I changed to another hotel nearby-

The playground the danse course. It was great to spend time there. People are very supportive.
