"Great appartment"

Great clean apartment with everything one needs. It was nice and quiet. A little farther from town then expected, but within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and accommodated out arrival time.

About a 15 mins walk from town, bit not N issue.if have a car or need a base to explore the area. The sofa bed is small, probably less than a double..

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. Our host met us on arrival and recommended places to eat and attractions to visit whilst in Lucca, and was easily contactable throughout our stay. The accommodation was incredibly clean and well equipped, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

"Very good"

Very clean, newer apartment building at a quiet neighborhood. Great location

No air-conditioning in the bedroom. Only air-conditioning unit is in the living room and air-conditioning was off when we arrived. It would have been great if the apartment wasn't so hot when we arrived. It took 4 hours to bring the temperature down by 2 degrees since it was a hot day. Optimal temperature was reached overnight. One air-conditioning unit doesn't cool down an entire apartment. TV language for TV function was set at Polish language and nobody bothered to change it prior to us finding out. Kitchen oven was locked and couldn't use it. No iron or ironing board. No extra pillows. Extra large closet unit in the bedroom that left no space for night stands.
