Il locale è molto bello e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, super pulito e accogliente. Siamo stati coccolati da quando siamo entrati fino a quando siamo andati via. I proprietari sono d'oro, persone davvero squisite. Sicuramente da ritornarci

Struttura meravigliosa, ben arredata e con uno stile molto piacevole

al check in non troviamo nessuno, solo dopo più telefonate al numero presente in prenotazione ci viene risposto. al telefono ci viene detto che successivamente ci sarebbero state date per messaggio delle indicazioni per raggiungere delle località e invece non ci è mai stato scritto. la struttura, nonostante sia stupenda a livello architettonico, si presente sporca e polverosa, con cuscini scomodi tanto quanto i letti, la vasca idromassaggio con le pulsanitete rotte, umidità e intonaco scrostato un po' ovunque. peccato, con qualche lavoro e un po' di accorgimenti sarebbe un posto incantevole. anche al checkout non siamo riusciti a contattare l'host.

Küche war unsauber, Geschirr war noch in Spülmaschine. Backblech war voll mit Öl. Überall extrem Schimmel. Gesamter Toilettenbereich war voll mit Schimmel der min. 1 cm dick war. Beim Wirlpool waren 2 Knöpfe abgebrochen , sodass die eine Seite funktionierte und die andere Seite kaum. Der Siphon musste dadurch mühselig von Hand gelöst werden. Das Wasser lief im Waschbecken nach 5 Tagen nicht mehr ab. Der Bereich in der Dusche hatte ebenfalls schon Anzeichen von Schimmel. Im Flurbereich zum Bad und zur Galerie hoch ebenfalls Schimmel. Oben neben dem Eingang zum Schlafzimmer war die Wand hinter dem Vorhang ebenfalls verschimmelt. Das Haus liegt an einer Nebenstraße , die sehr laut ist. Der Garten geht zur Straße , daher wenig Erholung wegen dem Lärm. Im Gartenhaus liegen alte Handtücher und Bettbezüge und ein verschimmelter Teppich. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich, da Nachts extrem laut. Hier wurden teilweise Motoradrennen gefahren. Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße hin. Beschreibung und Bewertung viel Fassade. Vielleicht war es hier mal schön. 9,9 ist eine Mega Bewertung , aber auch eine Verpflichtung! Alles in Allem ist das Objekt eine Gesundheitsgefährdung.

We stayed here for 7 days with our newborn and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany — most of the region’s most interesting towns and sights are just about an hour’s drive away, which made day trips easy and enjoyable. The house itself is very spacious and excellently equipped with everything we needed, including for traveling with a baby. It felt like a real home away from home. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for questions or tips. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-connected base in Tuscany. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

The host was amazing and she was so helpful advising restaurants and places to visit. Found amazing places because of Martina. We had unexpected hot weather. The sunbeds had been put away for the winter, however, on request they brought them straight away.

We had a wonderful stay; the hospitality was exceptional, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home!

Nothing, We should have booked more days

Wonderful to have a whole house to yourself, gives you comfort and privacy. The entrance to the property is via a private garden - beautifully set up and maintained. Lovely also to sit outside . Also loved the indoor bathtub / jacuzzi for two- perfect way to relax. Last but not least the decoration of the house is really well done , cozy and welcoming . On top of the beauty of the property which is super - the owners / hosts are extremely nice and polite and welcoming. We arrived late on a friday night due to heavy traffic and they were super nice about it and concerned for us - even making a dinner reservation for us which we had to cancel as we got in too late . But they were there to greet us with warm smiles and snacks in the fridge yo make us feel at home . Lovely and thank you Martina for being such an amazing hostess !

The house is absolutely stunning: the details across all the rooms are beautifully curated, it has all the appliances that you may need for either a short or long term stay, and it was really comfortable to just chill around the house. The host is the nicest person and was super helpful throughout the entire process, which I certainly appreciated. We happened to be there around the Christmas season, so the attention to detail by having the place decorated (with even a Christmas tree!) was a really nice touch and it made us feel like home. I cannot wait to go back and I 100% would recommend!
