The apartment was dirty when we arrived and there were no cleaning products to clean it ourselves. We had to wash everything in the cupboards before we could use it as everything smelt mouldy. There was no tea towel to dry anything. There was no coffee machine or kettle so we had to boil water in a pan for a hot drink. The oven hadn't been cleaned and was full of crumbs and burnt food. When the shower was used the boiler leaked onto the bathroom floor. Someone had left a wet towel there to soak up the water. There was only one mirror in the whole place and it was in the bathroom which made things really difficult. No full length mirror. The outside space could have been lovely but it was very untidy and the garden furniture was tired and dirty. It was a real shame. The whole place just needed a good clean and tidy up and a few basic things added.
