Lovely apartment that was well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the practical extras like plenty of toilet roll, washing liquid, which not all hosts do. The apartment is just inside the old part of Como, where the shops and restaurants are. So it was busy with people outside, but the double glazing windows were effective and because it was pedestrians only there was no traffic noise. It was an easy and pleasant walk to the lake.

I can't actually think of anything we didn't like. It was a wonderful base for a great holiday.

Federica was very friendly and kept in close contact for any queries we had. She met us to collect the keys and show us the apartment. The place was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. The air con worked very well.

Wifi signal isn't very strong and drops out a lot. It would have been great to have a Smart TV to watch Netflix etc as all the channels were in Italian. Also there was noise from the street at night, but this wasn't an issue as we had ear plugs and it didn't go on beyond 11pm most nights.

Very central to downtown. Clean and lots of room. Frederica was very helpful and responsive. The AC was wonderful after such hot days.

I didn't realize there was no terrace. It would be nice to have a terrace. However, the bugs seemed to be bad later at night so not sure we'd even get to use it.

Very spacious lounge area. Clean and tidy. Elevator. Large bathroom. Good shower.

No English speaking television channels i.e. You Tube.
