"Golden beaches, blue water and a great holiday home."

The whole setup was excellent. The Farm Coach House was very clean and had a new home feel to it like being the first to stay there. The location was excellent, as the beautiful beach is only a ten minute walk away. St Ives is only a twenty minute walk or a five minute train ride. I hope to stay again in the very near future.

Douglas was a fantastic host. Absolutely fabulous house. Exceptionally clean,very high spec. Location was Stunning. Everything we needed for our perfect holiday 5 🌟 We had a Sunday Roast at The Cornish Arms This was one of the places to eat that Douglas recommended It was really nice would definitely return for another meal. The Beck Fish and chip shop another of Douglas recommendations Was very nice to. Both places was very reasonable priced

Everything, the place was just amazing extremely clean and very cosy. Location was also great with a Tesco only a few minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends

Brilliant house and location, very modern and clean.

Bit noisy with the main road and tesco nearby, would benefit from aircon so windows could be closed also needs a microwave.

Everything. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a very good location. St Ives and Carbis Bay are both close by and in walking distance (uphill). Tesco is 30 seconds away and a nice Cornish pub just down the road with lovely staff, a decent meal, and nice cornish cider and also allowed dogs. The house is secure with parking and has a ring camera outside. There is also a little garden area over the road, which was nice for our bulldog to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, great shower and fantastic kitchen! Car charger (we didn’t use it) but it could be very useful! A short walk into St Ives!! Brilliant

Very little, the settees were set at 90 degrees to the tv. Other than that, everything else was great 👍🏼
