Confort du Matelas et la présence de la clim

Propreté douteuse dans la chambre et dans l'hotel en général. Serviette de toilette sale et très petite. Acces au parking pour la 2eme nuit très compliqué: plus de 30mins avant que l'on soit prit en charge par l'assistance 24h/24 pour, en plus, nous communiquer un autre code qui ne fonctionnait pas plus que celui de nos chambres.

L'hôte d'accueil gentil

Les touffes de cheveux dans les serviettes, cheveux sur le mur, le dessous des chaussettes sales après avoir fait 3 pas dans la chambre. Quand le code n'avait pas marché pour ouvrir la porte coulissante, que j'ai appelé l'aide et qu'on m'a juste dit de taper le code, j'ai répondu que je l'avait déjà fait et le mec n'a juste pas répondu
