We enjoyed the location, the bed was super comphy.

There roof in the bath room leaked in two places, the bath jets does not work. There was no cleaning supplies for plates and cutlery. Noisy, as close to staff area and pool. The grass roof was also not well maintained and left quite a bit of bebris

We paid for breakfast but we didn't get it through our stay and they promised us refund and we still waiting for it even now

"My husband and I didn’t feel safe at the property and we decided to drive back home because we felt unsafe as the door t"

I liked the placed however when you get inside the property it’s very dirty and you have to open the gate manually in the rain.

The service received from the staff. The staff is very unprofessional as if they are not expecting guests. Our room keys were with some guy who opens the gates for guests which is extremely uncomfortable because why are we not collecting the keys from reception as part of the check in process. They is also no instructions given of what to do when we get to the property. Very bad experience we had.
