very nice new apartment, fully equipped, stylish, decorated with the sense of humor. Very welcoming host. Very good price/quality seafood restaurant nearby.

unfortunately we were need to wake up very early - at 3:30 am, so we tried to sleep at 10pm what was hardly possible - the sounds from the nearby street were disturbing. The rest is fine.

Such a cute apartment that has everything you need. Stefano, the host, is super nice and can give great recommendations. Everything was clean and comfortable! The proximity to the airport is great. I would definitely stay there again.

Host was staying in touch before and after trough whats up, which made it easy to contact him and gave us trust. Our flight got delayed and we arrived very late at night, had no taxi available, he tried to get one for us and waited for us at the property patiently and politely. Apartment have all facilities, was exceptionally clean and fresh, new furniture and kitchen equipment. All we needed for cooking was there and shop just 5min walk, easy access. Sea just 8min walk, beautiful, a lot of restaurants around, electric scooters available, road for it just perfect condition. Easy access to main bus stop.

We chose the proximity because of the nearness to the Rome airport. The apartment was very good although a little crowded for the 4 of us. Stefan was an excellent host giving information on eateries, taxi information. The flat was 3 blocks from the beach and our girls decided to go for a semi polar dip. Grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants were all nearby. It was very quiet.

We were a family of 2 adults and twin 12 year old girls so it felt a little crowded.
