Only one criticism. The pillows were uncomfortable
BEIt's a pleasant and spacious apartment, nicely decorated and perfectly located. We were only two, so we really felt like we had a real home away from home during our visit. The communication with the hosts went very smoothly, lots of professionalism and hospitality from Venus Apartments. A few moments after our arrival, I noticed that the wifi was not working. Even before I contacted them, they already sent me a message mentioning the wifi was down and they would bring a hotspot at the first moment convenient for us. Very pleasant communication.
The kitchen was small but moderately well equipped, except for basic things like pepper, olive oil, some herbs,... (there was only salt). It would be helpful to provide some cooking basics.

ROThe apartament is perfect. I saw some previous reviews and someone said that the apartament is small and the pictures can be misleading, but that is far from the true. The apartament is very spacious, clean and full of amenities. The area is also quiet and very close to Oktogon tram and metro stations, and you can go wherever you want from there. The communication with the staff was great, the room was ready on time and there were no issues. I would definitely book this apartament again on my next trip to Budapest.
It's not something that I didn't like, but more a recommendation. I would recommend a TV subscription. The TV from the living room has a lot of subscriptions (Netflix, Disney, etc.), however, some people prefer to watch some local channels to feel like they are abroad. Also, in my group there was a child and some elderly people, and for them, technology can be tricky, so they would have prefered to scroll between channels.
