Villa Fedelian 2 Playa Blanca

So much space situated in a really nice part of town, walkable but also out of the way. Every bed was comfortable. Was not a bad thing to say about the place. A big thanks to Fred for brilliant communication, ensuring our family holiday was more than we could’ve hoped for

Die Unterkunft hat alles was es braucht. Man hat genug Platz auch mit mehr als vier Personen. Die Essecke draussen ist super. Man kann dort bei Wind und Wetter essen. Sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und antwortet sehr zeitnah. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, auch für ein grösseres Auto. Die Unterkunft eine gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft wird gut gepflegt und der Pool kann auch im Januar/Februar genutzt werden. Das war echt toll. Es kam sogar einmal jemand zur regulären Reinigung vorbei. Die verschiedenen Betten sind bequem.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind eher nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

La piscina era molto piccola e l’acqua teoricamente doveva essere riscaldata ma non lo era a mio avviso,abbiamo dovuto chiamare i proprietari che sono intervenuti più volte e solo un giorno prima della partenza si è risolto il problema

The property was immaculate, very spacious and equipped with all facilities needed for a week away as a family. Decent hairdryers, washing machine and all cooking appliances were available. We stayed as a family of 8 including one child and did not feel claustrophobic. There are lots of seating areas. We made use of the pool which was very safe for the child and the games table downstairs. It was spotlessly clean. We had good contact with the owner (who was very helpful and polite) and maintenance in case of any problems. Location is very good, just outside of Playa Blanca, easily accessible to the nearest restaurants and shops with a short taxi or 25 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Fantastic stay at Villa Fedelian! We visited in March 2025 as a group of 10. The villa was extremely spacious and offered plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The outside pool was lovely and warm at all times, which was perfect with the lanzarote breeze. The owners even provided pool towels for everyone, plus your usual wash towels etc. The villa was very well equipped for a large number of people - plenty of glasses, crocery, cutlery etc. Location was great and felt very safe/secure. It was just a c.20 min walk to the beach front and town! And above all, the owners have been fantastic. Very thorough communication pre and post holiday making the whole trip completely seamless - especially with people arriving at different times throughout the week, so thank you from all of us!
