it was a bate and switch. I saw the photo of a beautiful villa. I thought we were having 2 bedrooms inside the villa ! when we arrived we were brought to a side apt that was so old . I have never seen an older oven in my life. The entire apt was very old. there was a curtain hanging to hide supplies. there was not enough towels. the lady wanted to charge us for coming in later than she would like. we had to leave. we were so disappointed. The "Italian" breakfast was for us to drive to this place to get a cup of coffee and a roll! i was done! i spoke to the owner and he said if i left in 5 min he would give me a full refund. I am waiting for this refund from 2 1/2 weeks ago and just found out he refuses to give me a refund. He should have. at least given me a refund for two of the three days !!I Do Not recommend this place and the owner is NOT to be trusted!!

none. but better more then 3 person stay in this big villa, it will be a little loney during the night.

The building, the entrance, that gardens and the furniture of the apartments were somehow cut from a italian classical movie…

Sometimes weak wi-fi signal, but usually good enough. The gas stove could be a little bit checked.

The host was really friendly. This place was better than we actually tought. I could say it's a palace. I'll defenetly come back here.

The old-fashioned Italian style perfect villa. We had a last-minute booking late at night, but Gianmarco did all his best to accommodate us. I wish I could stay at villa more days!

Really fantastic house outside of Padua. It takes 15 min to the city and 5 - 10min to the market.
