La ubicación es exelente. En pleno centro!

La distribución, ja que el comedor y la cocina, quedaban muy separados de las habitaciones. Son como dos pisos distintos, bueno lo tipico de las casas viejas de un edificio estrecho, pero esta reformada muy mona.

Прекрасное расположение, в самом центре Пучсерды. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым. Свежий и качественный ремонт. При этом сам дом очень старый, узкий, с большим количеством непрямых углов, узкими лестницами. Создает атмосферу. Но внутри достаточно места чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно.

Рядом с домом парковки только платные и дорогие. На ночь приходилось оставлять машину далеко от дома и минут 10 карабкаться в гору пешком.
