The villa is new, modern, and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms and the mosquito nets in every room. The kitchen was spacious, the pool very enjoyable, and the entire villa was clean, with housekeeping every three days. The location is also convenient, offering easy access to many interesting places nearby.

Unfortunately, several issues affected our overall experience: 1. Bathroom design & maintenance – The bathrooms tended to flood during showers due to their open design, leaving the floors wet and slippery. There were also leaks from the sink and the toilet, particularly when flushing. Additionally, some bathroom doors didn’t close properly, compromising privacy. 2. Drinking water - The water was not potable, and we had to use bottled water even for brushing our teeth. This was unexpected, especially in Greece. 3. Key access – Only one key was provided for a group of six, which made coordinating plans and schedules inconvenient. 4. Booking communication – Due to the booking system, I had to make two separate reservations—which, as it turned out, were for two different villas. This wasn’t made clear during the booking process. We were informed only at check-in that we’d need to move to a second villa after three days. While the transition was handled smoothly by the staff, it was still disruptive. 5. Inconsistencies between villas – The second villa lacked some basic items available in the first (e.g., oven trays, kitchen scissors), and the pillows were unusually firm and high, which caused neck pain. When I brought this up and requested replacements, the manager responded by saying that the cleaning staff felt uncomfortable with me comparing the two villas - even though both are owned by the same family. This response came across as unwelcoming and dismissive. 6. Late checkout request – We requested a paid late checkout and didn’t receive a response for two days. When we finally did, we were simply told it wasn’t possible, without any offer of alternatives or assistance. The checkout was equally unpleasant, and the staff didn’t even bother to say a proper goodbye. Conclusion: While the villa has many attractive features, the service and communication left us feeling more like guests in a business than a place that genuinely cared about our comfort.

Struttura nuova e ben attrezzata. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Piscina pulita ed in ordine. Servizio preciso ed attento. Ottima anche la guida a disposizione degli ospiti con indicazioni sulla casa e sui servizi vicini.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio di finitura della casa è migliorabile. Dettagli che non influiscono sul giudizio.

Excellent villa, very modern and luxurious, it had all the necessities needed, and we loved that it had a pool and barbeque grill. It also has an inside parking space. The hosts are also super nice! If we have the chance, we would come back without any hesitation.

The bathroom doors cannot be properly closed

Equipment, lots of space, big kitchen, staff always available, very clean and comfortable, staff came to clean after every 3 days

Everything was excellent

Very clean. Big rooms,each equipped with it's own bathroom and shower. Perfect kitchen. Nice lighting. Big parking. Nice TV.

Some things that need improvement is the outside pool floor and pool privacy. You are sitting outside and the other Villa has full view of what ever you are doing. It needs a taller, longer and with smaller or no space in-between the wooden boards. Yhe very large sofa is not comfortable at all.Also the CCTV is facing the pools. That's one more thing that's wrong. People need privacy ou pool spaces in villas. Not the All seen eye. Everything else was perfect.

A very beautiful villa with everything we needed at our disposal. Everything is new and clean, and the hosts are exceptional. The beaches and restaurants in the south of the island are relatively close, 15-25 minutes by car. We will definitely come back.

The wifi was poor. I think it was because of the provider/internet router.

Lovely very quiet location. Villa with high standard, private drive and secure gate. Private pool. The accommodation was spacious and fully equipped with many many extras. There was absolutely everything! Villa was very clean and spacious commodation. Air condition in every room and living room . Big BBQ outside. A great place to relax in a wonderful pool. Supermarket is just 10 mins away from villa . The owners were very nice and helpful. the house is equipped with separate towels for the swimming pool and separate ones for the bathroom. Everything in the photos was there. We highly recommended!

The water is undrinkable apart from that everything was perfect
