Good location and the owner prepared lot of things and accommodating.

Heating for hot-water tank is a little bit slower, sometimes you need to wait for a while if someone just took a shower.

L’appartement est très confortable, bien situé, à proximité de tout : bar, restaurants, visites et parking. Décoration très soignée avec 2 bières qui nous attendaient au réfrigérateur !

The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, and generously laid out, so that everyone can relax comfortably while still having plenty of space for cooking and dining. The location is excellent — central, yet quiet. Beyond that, I especially want to highlight David’s hospitality and communication. As the person organizing the trip, it helped me enormously to receive useful logistical information already at the time of booking, giving a clear idea of what to expect. I also really appreciated that it was communicated early on that considerate and quiet behavior is expected from guests as well — this reassured us that we would indeed be staying in a peaceful neighborhood, and I fully support hosts who value this. As promised, the detailed organizational information followed a few days before arrival, so check-in went very smoothly. David also provided water, beer, snacks, and plenty of useful kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as extra blankets. Another detail that mattered a lot to me was that the bedding had proper cotton covers — nowadays many hotels use polyester blends, which can make sleeping uncomfortable. Communication throughout was always friendly, clear, and reliable. The only reason we stayed only briefly was that we wanted to continue on to the seaside early. Many thanks again!
