"Modern flat in perfect location"

Very nice, clean and modern flat. Ikea style new furniture (I like it). Despite the apartment is not so far from the center, it is very calm - location is great. Few minutes to buses, Carrefour express round the corner 🙂 Comfortable beds, nespresso machine in the kitchen ☕️ Elevator in the house. Great assistance and communication from the owner via Booking messages and WhatsApp. Easy to find.

A bit cold in the flat (we were here before Eastern), but due to air conditioner (remote is there), you can adjust the temperature. No kettle, but we heated water in a small pot (induction plate is there), so we did not miss it finally. So at the end, no negatives here.

"Exceptional"

We loved staying in this apartment. It was comfortable and close to restaurants and shops and the bus up to Alhambra. It is also walkable which we did everyday taking different routes. The host is very responsive and provided lots of extras for our stay plus helpful information. The apartment was very clean and quiet. We loved having all of the double doors and the little courtyard balcony. Great stay!

The location is excellent. Transport, buses and taxis easily available. Buses to Al Hambra within a few hundred yards. Restaurants, plazas and cafes close by. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is tastefully furnished, very modern and well equipped. Painted white throughout and extremely clean. Contact with David was very good. He is so helpful. An excellent choice.

Very clean, modern, great place!

Everything was very good, only the single beds in the second room could be a bit more comfy, but seemed quite new so maybe the mattress was still adjusting

"Exceptional"

Our host David was wonderful and very helpful. Stayed up to make sure we checked in well even though we arrived past midnight. Facilities were great, everything was new and apartment was very clean. Location was great too, just a 3 min walk to the bus stop to Alhambra and 15 mins by public transport from the train station. Would stay here again if I'm ever back in Granada!
