"Excellent"

The location of the apartment was very accessible by tram. The room was spacious. Toilet with soap and towels provided. Bed was comfortable.

Small signages before reaching the main entrance. The logo was bigger that the written name of Niva Apartments. By the main road Ilica, you go inside the portico and if you arrive late night like us, there were no light upon climbing the stairway. I have to light up my phone. We saw the first curve of the stairs is very filthy. Then we reached 1st floor that's only the time we found the light switch and continued to 2nd floor. Please improve the signage and the lights to the stairs.

Great location, good bed and bathroom, very easy check-in and check-out. Proximity to the bar below was a big plus!

Nothing major to be mentioned. TV was missing HDMI cable and couldn't be used. We didn't mind the street and tram noise.
