Cumartesi günü tesise giriş yaptığımda odamın temizlenmediğini, önceki müşteriye ait çöplerin odada bırakıldığını gördüm. Tesis yetkililerine ulaşamadım ve Booking.com üzerinden destek talep etmek zorunda kaldım. Bana temizlik personeli olmadığını ilettiler ve herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı. O saatte alternatif bir konaklama bulmamı masrafı ödeyeceklerini ilettiler. Ancak cumartesi o saate elimde bavul ile bulmam mümkün olmadığından, tarafıma söylenen başka bir odadan çarşaf ve havlu alarak, kendi odamı bizzat temizlemek zorunda kaldım. Pazar günü odamın temizlendiğini gördüm. Bu da temizlik hizmetinin aslında sağlanabildiğini, ancak tarafıma zamanında destek verilmediğini gösteriyor. Konaklama ücretinin iadesini talep ettim, booking ile görüşmelerim devam ediyor.
