"Really nice place with poor management."

Really nice place to stay with spectacular views, in a quiet area. Clean and cosy rooms, a lot of space for 4 people.

Complicated key receiving procedure - you have to get to the city centre (where is usually busy and no parking space) to get the keys from the box and after the stay you have to bring them back. Why the box can't be at the place already?.. Also, the refrigerator was not working and they didn't manage to fix it on the spot.

"Lovely place to stay apart from minor cons"

Apartment was lovely with beautiful view outside the balconies. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything to make breakfast like at home. Bathroom was cozy, clean with nice towels. TV and audio system was good.

I think the biggest dissatisfaction was that fridge didn't work. Therefore, some products went bad including milk. In bedroom the mattress wasn't the most comfortable one including the pillows which were super thin and synthetic. Probably, it is not renting companies fault, but Netflix was in Arabic language and we had no idea how to change the language.

"Great place!"

The place was really cozy and atmospheric. The living room is spacious and bright. The kitchen has all the needed equipment.

One chair was broken, but I've told about that and sure it will be repaired.
