I can’t think of anything I liked about this property. It is very poorly built and the front desk is in a completely different building than the rooms. On top of that if you need anything in the room such as pillows or blankets tha should have been there to begin with you must travel back to the front desk to get it. With kids this gets kind of hard.

The staff are VERY unprofessional. The lay out is horrendous. The breakfast pricing is comparable to an actual restaurant and if you have to load up in the car and drive to the main building to get breakfast you might as well go buy something that you actually want. The cleanliness of the room was not great. There was long brown hair in the bed, the bathroom clearly recently flooded and was just patched up, the light shades had rust on the tops, there is no actual blanket just an insert wrapped in sheets and no pillows or blankets at all for the pull out. When I called to have some brought I was told they can’t bring them but if I come back to the front building (driving distance) they will see what they can do to get some. Ended up just giving my kid my pillow because it was entirely too late to be dragging kids back to the other building. The front building has timeshare sales people at the front desk and they are extremely rude. The one brunette was so rude that when she told us that there is a complimentary breakfast next door my husband asked where and she said it was about 5 miles away… my husband responded that that’s not very helpful and she stood up and all but got in his face and responded “how is it not helpful” as if she was ready to fight with him. He walked away and she just smirked. Then when we went to return the keys she sat behind the desk staring at me and smirking again. The room itself only has the care minimum in it. This was by far the absolute worst hotel I have stayed in.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location with plenty of restaurants and other activities. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. A small convenience store in the lobby has a friendly staff and offers different kinds of snacks, toiletries, beverages, souvenirs. The Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Friendly staff at the bar by the pool.

When calling front desk it was hard to reach anyone by phone. The fitness room was very small , two machines were out of order. The Mexican Restaurant attached was closed.
