"It was an enjoyable stay."

The room had a nice view of the pool, two big beds lots of pillows. It was very comfortable. The mini fridge was nice and cold. The air conditioner works very well. There were plenty of towels, soaps, and and shampoos available.

The cable TV system in the hotel is not that great. They need more channels. There’s only like 20 channels and half of them on news channels.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, espaciosas y funcionales en todo aspecto; tanto para una estancia de trabajo como de placer.

No me gustó que la reserva que hice dijera: "Desayuno Incluído", y al momento de llegar al hotel me dijeron que no estaba incluído. No fue tanto problema, pero tuvimos que pensar en buscar comida.

Hotel is not in a good area. Once you enter the lobby you're met with a strange food smell. When we went there were groups of teenagers staying as well and hanging out in the lobby and being very loud. Also, when we checked in there was no mention of any extra fee, but we were charged more than $20 extra per night. It might be booking.com fault for not disclosing the charge, or it was a new charge added after the hotel just recently changed ownership (hotel still has banner over old name), but I should not be charged extra for that. Booking.com has reached out to the hotel and they are not responding.
