"Changing management so going through a lot but needs some work"

The staff were very friendly

The breakfast was not worth 14.99$ Hotel restaurant not good. Advertised heated pool and it was freezing. Hot tub was cold 50% of the time.

First room ..Key card wouldn't work, AC on too cold, they couldn't fix it. Moved to another room, key card wouldn't work, had to turn tv off and on with power outlet behind a dresser. They returned $44 to our account for our trouble. Location was great. Water in pool and lazy river was freezing cold.
