House with sea view in Kasbah

Great view of the city. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

The view from the terrace was very nice. The location is very good, just by Bab HAHA and the owner was very approachable and available to answer any questions. The breakfast provided was ok, but quite basic. There is a washing machine to use, free of charge.

1 - There was mould on the wall in the upper corner of the bedroom on second floor and the living room on second floor. 2 - The sofa in the pictures in the terrace and the table and chairs are not there anymore 3 - There is a smell of sewage from the toilet on 3rd floor and the door doesn’t open 4 - The kitchen was greasy. 5 - The shower and toilet need upgrading as facilities are very old 6 - The space between the appliances and the toilet floor was filled roughly with some filler material, without any refining and attention to details

Very kind and helpful host who cooks a lovely breakfast to have on the terrace. Great location in the middle of the medina.

We liked everything about the apartment-the location, the big space and especially the view from the terrace, wow. Thank to our welcoming host!

Kindness of the person who welcomed us, helped us find a public parking space in the Casbah, the view from the terrace was magnificent.

The apartment is not really maintained, WC and shower are precarious, the shower is very small, kitchen equipment are not of quality, and the photos on Booking are not contractual, We were very surprised of presence of INSECTS during the night!! ‘Beware of people who have entomophobia’ PS: this is the second modification of my comment on Booking, following my first comment where I mentioned that it is necessary to get rid of insects and improve the equipment, the person contacted me to delete the insect part on my comment and undertake to improve the accommodation's cleanliness, get rid of INSECTS…Etc.' and that he will reimburse me 50% otherwise he will not receive reservations during summer period and because my comment will impact his business. I modified my comment but after a month of follow-up and exchange with the person on Whatsapp without fulfilling his engagement I informed him that will resubmit my initial comment, the person responded instantly and THREATHENED ME and I quote ‘OK POST THE COMMENT BUT THEN I HAVE A SURPRISE FOR YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE’ I hope that the person improves the residence and especially gets rid of the INSECTS and also improves his way of communication and STOP THREATHNING PEOPLE just because they have negative comments about his residence.

The location is great. The house is in the old city with a great view. The parking place is nearby.

The main bathroom is very old with an awful mirror, it obviously needs renovation (there were no pictures of it when we booked). The shower room didn't have a hook to hang the shower head nor hooks for the clothes. The furniture is very old. The mattresses are very bad and not comfy at all. The mattress in the room downstairs has a plastic cover which makes sounds while you move. The bedroom upstairs has a bright window with white old curtains so the room is very bright since very early in the day. The bedroom downstairs gets very noisy in the night due to the cafe nearby. The kitchen is in a bad state with a broken table and not really clean. The terrace has plastic chairs, not the sofa shown in the pictures when you book. There's a lot of mold on the ceilings. The house wasn't clean, you should never look under the beds. There were also ants in the upper bedroom and cockroaches in the kitchen, which the host cleaned when we reached out to him. There's no checkout time written and the host entered the house without communicating with us when we should leave the keys. I went back to leave the keys by 12pm to find him already there without calling us before! The host showed us where to park. We had a discussion on who should pay and he said he would pay but in the end we had problems with the parking payment on our departure and when we reached out to the host, he never replied back (we called and texted him). There was no shampoo, nor shower gel, nor soap. The host brought them one day later after we asked for them.

Abdo was a great host, met us & showed us the place & even offered to catchup later in the day. Organised transfers also The house is basic but does the job great location

Kitchen needs an overhaul

The host, location and view were amazing.

It didn’t feel very clean, was noisy and night and needs updating.
