I don't like giving bad reviews, and effecting businesses, everyone makes mistakes but this one takes the cake for me. We paid roughly the amount of money you pay at a hotel for this stay. Entering is difficult, getting the key was difficult. The front door to the apartment was damaged, should have been the first sign. We got inside, mould next to the bed, damaged mirrors, cockroaches, ants all sorts running around. One bed was made. My bed had no bedding, only a disgusting dirty duvet without a cover. The place is literally falling apart. We contacted the owner, they responded professionally, which was good at least. The issue is I'm out of pocket by over R2k. We couldn't stay there, I had to book a hotel quickly, paid another R2k. I've been credited R300 from booking that's only valid for one month! As if I must suddenly go away and align my schedule. All in all, it leaves a big sour taste in my mouth. I do hope the owners sort this property out. We literally arrived and left within 10 minutes. A horror. I wish I took more pics to do this review justice
