The house is in a great location in Yuba City. It was extremely cozy, clean, spacious and made us feel like home with all the household amenities, furniture and decor. Having a washer and dryer was convenient and a huge plus for an extended or even short stay. The backyard is big with outdoor furniture and nicely landscaped. Due to our schedule and timing we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but what a great addition to your stay if you get the chance to enjoy them! Christina was amazing and always quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. I highly recommend The Charming Home with a Pool for your next stay in the Yuba Sutter area! You won’t be disappointed! Excellent property, all the way around!

We liked that there were towels and some personal hygiene.
Well, I was not informed that the house was not ready for check in at 4pm. The cleaning lady was still cleaning. Also maybe include coffee and/or tea.

Great property pool hot tub grass big open rooms.
Never could figure out the TV but we are old and not into the new systems. All beds are queens, a king would be nice for older people who need room.
