Location is great within walking distance to all. A great view from one of the balconies. Found free street parking close by.

Property lacks in coziness, and attention to details in providing a more comfortable stay. Both bathrooms only have an odd placed shower tray and curtain which leads to water all over the bathrooms. All looks very low cost including bedding. Mold smell in certain areas.

The apartment is very clean. It is a good location. The heating is great, we did not have any problems with cold weather thanks to it. There is a capsule coffee machine, a washing machine, and a dishwasher machine. There are two balconies and the view is great from one of them. There are two identical fully stocked bathrooms (shower+toilet) which was super convenient for us. One bathroom is adjacent to one of two bedrooms and another bathroom is accessible from the common living area.

First of all, the host did not meet us at the property and there was no key safe at the property so we had to ride to the host's house to receive the keys. It was not a problem but it was unexpected. We requested an electric kettle for tea from the host but the host said there is nothing he could do. We requested extra blankets (we were given two blankets for 3 adults and 1 child) and again the host apologized but did nothing. We then found the blankets in a cupboard ourselves, which was weird because the host should know about such things. There were three trash containers in the kitchen which implied that we should sort the trash ourselves, but when I asked about the rules, the host said that his colleague would take care of it. However we weren't given any instructions on where we should put the trash when there was too much of it which was weird and in the end no sorting was done because we just carried the trash outside. The showers were inconvenient because no matter how careful we were, the water from the shower ended up covering the entire floor. We of course used towels to clean it up but it wouldn't be a problem if the floor in the showers was lowered.

Ik schrijf niet vaak een review, maar doe het deze keer wel. Wij hebben op basis van positieve reviews dit appartement geboekt, helaas pakte dit bij ons anders uit. Het appartement was heel vies, vol met schimmel én mieren met name in de slaapkamer . Ondanks dit gemeld te hebben, werd er geen actie ondernomen door de verhuurder. Het appartement was heel stoffig, de douchegordijnen zaten écht vol met schimmel, wat een muffe lucht veroorzaakte in het appartement. Kortom wij zullen hier nooit naar toe terug gaan!!
