"Amazing vila, we will be back!"

The villa was beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures. The pool was perfect, and the style of the place was impeccable. The two housekeepers- Bogus and Boy were friendly, attentive, and helpful; they even helped us with our laundry. The location is very close to the beach, with good restaurants, beach clubs, and supermarkets nearby. It was also easy to reach other parts of Canggu.

We stayed at the Signature Villa and it truly blew our mind. The Villa is so nice and clean. The staff was also very kind and always responded quickly if there was anything. The Villa was definitely a part that made our Bali trip unforgettable, we even extended our stay here. It was truly great!

Location was perfect, the staff were great and rooms were cleaned each day! Spacious and complimentary fruit on arrival.

No sun beds to lie on by the pool. May be dangerous for younger children as there are no steps into the pool.

"Very disappointing experience despite good location"

The property has good location but is unfortunately surrounded by new construction with al day loud noise. Local team tries to help and answer quickly but has no control on overall quality of service offered

The villa is positioned as a luxurious place but there are so many issues about the villa 1) overall hygiene in the villa was very bad. In 2 of the 3 bedrooms, bed sheets had not been changed and we found hairs and more in it, hairs in the bathroom, dirty towels put back on display, stained toilet, greasy doors, dirty microwave… 2) the villa didn’t seem finished and was dangerously insecure: the pool has a 1m60 water depth and one you are in it, you realise that there is no way out, no stairs nor a ladder, you better have strong arms to pull yourself out. Electric wires were hanging exposed in the ceiling of the master bathroom.
