Very helpful and friendly staff! They have always tried their best to please everyone! but way, you can definitely trust on their restaurants suggestions! we did even go back to one of the restaurants!

The Wi-Fi in our room was very poor. We had to use our mobile data everyday… okay for us but this may not be an option for other people relying on the wi-fi.

Clean and new facilities, right on the lake shores and a short walk from the village. Plenty of hikes around the property. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Great stay overall

Nice & friendly environment, delicious breakfast, super clean & cosy rooms where you can enjoy your trip. Near the lake and center. Highly recommended. We are planning our next trip to there soon . Thanks for your hospitality.

Clean, modern, efficient, well equipped, warm.. beautiful. The owners couldn’t do enough for us. They even organised a birthday cake for my son at no charge. The location next to the lake, the adjacent supermarket and restaurant made it a perfect stay. It just wasn’t long enough!

We had a very pleasent stay at Casa Ester. Both the host and hostess were very friendly. The hostess gave us a brochure of the area with must-sees which was very handy. We visited the waterfalls (Cascata del Lupo), it was stunning. We loved the host and hostess' dog! He really was a gentle giant. We travelled with our three little dogs and they were very welcome as well. We rented the smallest room I think, but it was still big enough for all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 little dogs). The bed was absolutely amazing, really comfortable as were the pillows. Bathroom was perfect size as well and great shower. Breakfast with local food, compact but delicious. Our dogs were allowed in the breakfast area which was nice. Right across the street was a restaurant that allowed dogs as well. Perfect for dinner with a view. Casa Ester itself was at the end of the street. Private parking with an automatic gate. Door locks with pincode which was very handy because that way you cannot lose your key. Nice garden for the dogs as well. Easy access to a nearby beach (dogs not allowed), dog beach at a nearby lake (Bau Beach, Lago delle Piazze).

Not applicable on the accomodation: dogs are not allowed in the lake across the hotel (Lago di Serraia). Wifi wasn't working very well at times.

Very pleasant host, exceptionally clean room and very good location.
