Zen Hilltop by A&D Properties

The location was good, the view from the terrace was exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in instructions were detailed and accurate. There was parking available in front of the house, and everything went smoothly without any issues.

The furniture and overall appearance match the photos, however in reality it feels a bit different. The kitchen and living room furniture were old and worn. We stayed in January with a child for three nights, and when we arrived the apartment was not heated at all—it was very cold. There are three air conditioners in the apartment, but the space is quite large, so it took a long time to warm up. The apartment only became properly warm on the second day. Also, in the living room only one out of six light bulbs was working, and in the bedroom only the bedside lamp was functioning

Lovely local neighbourhood, tasteful and well-equipped flat, big terrace with view, just generally very cosy and comfy and exactly what I've needed for my restful and slow stay.

Ein Bild vom Haus in den check-in Unterlagen wäre super, dann findet man das Haus besser, ebenso ein Bild, wo genau sich die Schlüsselbox befindet.

The wifi was poor.

Fabulous view from a large terrace which thankfully is north facing so was mostly in the shade during a very hot stay! Air conditioning worked very efficiently. Location is very good close to the beaches, bars and restaurants although it is up a hill which is only 5 minutes from the main road. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped and true to the photos and description. I recommend and will happily stop again.

The beds are very firm and not comfortable. The dishwasher is very old and may work but we couldn't work out how to plug it in! If using booking.com taxi service they give the wrong address to the driver so make sure they have the correct address. The lock box is difficult to open but the host is very responsive and sorted quickly.

A very pleasant stay, the host - Chara, went out of her way to accommodate all our needs and she was extremely friendly and pleasure to deal with. the house was spotless clean, very well stocked with all the amenities - simple, spacious place and we are looking forward to coming back. The view overlooking the gulf was exceptional.
