The apartment was clean, comfortable and an easy walk to town. The apartment is on the top floor and there is a rooftop patio with a couple of beach chairs and an outdoor shower, which was a nice place to hang out at the end of the day. Jose was super responsive. Some earlier reviews talked about mold/water damage. Looks like the owner did some work to fix a leak from the roof. There was no smell or issues with water when I was there.

It was on a busy corner so could be noisy. There were fans in the room, so you could create some white noise to drown it out but it might bother a light sleeper.

The apartment was convenient, well equipped and in a great location. The host is very nice and quick to response.

However, there were significant issues with dampness. We stayed in the apartment during a few days with heavier rainfall, and the water leaked inside through the ceiling. The corners of the ceiling had visible mold. The high humidity also made the apartment feel very cold. The host did come by to check the ceiling but there wasn’t much he was able to do. A more long-term problem arose after our trip: we have had to perform multiple vinegar washes on our clothes just to get the smell of mold out. Many of them we will just need to throw away, as the smell just sticks…

Квартира грязная и в плохом качестве. Стены в большой комнате с пятнами от обуви. На кухне не было элементарного соли. Также нет базового гостевого минимума — шампуни и геля для душа.
