The owner was is super nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and nice looking, with a very nice and comfortable bathroom. The location is superb - in a walking distance from the metro station Joao de Deus; just beneath the apartment, there is a very good restaurant (Cantinho de Luanda) that serves typical portuguese cuisine - don't worry about the noise, windows are new and shut off the sounds from the street very well. There is a supermarket and a cafe to have breakfast just across the street.

The apartment is very small - big enough change clothes, take shower and go to bed, but nothing beyond that.
