"Owner sengaja tak nak pulangkan deposit dengan menuduh pengguna merosakkan barang dalam rumah"

Owner mintak deposit rm200. Lepas checkout sengaja cakap kami patahkan katil, rosakkan tali langsir sedangkan sepanjang kami kat sana semua org dewasa. Dan x rosakkan pun barang dia. Package kitorang tinggalkan rumah dalam keadaan bersih dan x perlu major pembersihan pun. Sampah pun kitorang dah clearkan. Reason owner x nak pulangkan deposit sebab kami x snap gambar yang katil tu dah rosak masa kami cek in. Owner siap angkat tilam menyatakan katil patah. Kami datang semua perempuan dan tak ubah sedikit pun kedudukan perabot dalam rumah itu. Owner sengaja tak nak pulangkan deposit.

The house is large, 5-storey including basement. The room is comfortable and all air-conditioned, exclude additional room. The private pool is the main highlight. The staff is friendly and able to assist when needed.

While the house is spacious, it is not recommended for elderly bcs the use of stairs is compulsory to travel from kitchen to living room to room.

A very grate experience from the booking till we safely arrive,clear instruction and very well communication with the pic..5 layer house make us super easy and convenience..clean rooms,toilet,pool,nice deco..kids so happy stay here,adults relax and enjoy quality times..thank you for making our holiday enjoyable and memorable.Thumbs up!!

"It is a pleasant stay overall."

The pool for my grandchildren to play The cleanliness is up to the standard

As I am 61 years old,,I wont be staying again due to the stairs.They should be a sink n a faucet near the dining table to wash our hands.Also,should have at least a dustbin to throw away the rubbish near the dining table also.

Can accommodate up to 10 person.

A town house with many stairs. The swimming pool was basically at the basement. Feels a bit gloomy and unclean. Not suitable for elderly ( or any person with bad knees ) nor kids for safety reason.
