Lovely quiet area with large supermarket (Lidl) a 7 minute walk away. 10-15 minute walk to many local restaurants and also the train station.

"A very relaxing and enjoyable time."

The appartment is very comfortable with everything you need. The owner had also kindly left us a bottle of wine. It is very modern and very clean. It is in a lovely position just a short walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is about a 35 minute walk down to the seafront. The train station is also about 15 minutes walk away which is great to get around the area and also to the airport. It is a residential area and very quiet and peaceful with a great patio/garden area to be able to sit outside.

Spacious, well equipped, clean. The property is situated in a quiet residential area but close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, train station. There is a lovely outside space with garden furniture and a sunny aspect. Emilio is a helpful and friendly host.

"I have stayed in Benalmadena 3 times. This was definitely the best property."

Firstly, Emilio - the host was very accommodating. He was on site when we arrived. The apartment was superb, clean & airy. The bathroom was spectacular. This was one of the few properties I have stayed in that had a power shower. The bathroom alone easily accommodates 2 people at once. There was a washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV numerous seating & a fantastic garden/Seating area. There was parking on the property & shops were in a 7min walking distance. The beds were Uber comfortable & clean. The hillside view from the garden was exquisite. This is my property to stay at whenever I am in Benalmadena again. Thank you Emilio for a wonderful stay.

The property is lovely and having the outside garden area was a real bonus during the 30C sunny days to sunbathe and have lunch outside. You have Mountain View’s from the garden.

"Great experience, beautiful new property in a nice area"

Apartment is newly decorated, and with taste. I would say even looks better/bigger in reality then on the pictures. Everything is new, including pots/pans. Location is very convenient: -10 min walk to train station with direct 20 min ride to Malaga Airport - 7 minutes walk to grocery stores Lidl/Mercadona - in a quiet residential area and a little park across the street - many small restaurants, coffee shops in the area - nice walk to the beach/ seaside downhill Owner is very friendly and available for any questions Check-in is convenient, we had a late arrival and the key was in the lockbox at the entrance. I would definitely come back!
