3 Bronze Beach Umhlanga Rocks

The location is great with direct access to the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping malls. The unit is comfortable. We did not see a host (keys were collected and dropped-off from a security office outside of the complex). Free wi-fi was a big plus! The fact that the unit offers a lot of TV entertainment options (including Netflix) was great since we had a couple of rainy days during our stay.

Even though the unit is supposed to be serviced daily from Monday to Saturday, the cleaning service was not done every day. After I complained it was corrected. The kitchen missed some basics such as a salad bowl and salad servers. I bought it while there, and left it at the unit for future guests. It will be great if the unit can have one water bottle with drinking water available on arrival until such time as water can be purchased (even though it is self-catering). Secure parking is an issue if you have a large vehicle (SUV/4x4) since the lock-up garage is too small for a large vehicle. The open parking bays are on a first come basis, and not enough bays for the number of vehicles.
