Family Staycation 2 with Pool

This listing is very deceitful. They advertised as 2BR but gave us a studio with 2 beds. Also charged utility fees of P150/person yet 2 out of 3 appliances in the advertised "kitchenette" were broken; wifi was not working as well. To be specific, the kettle plug was broken and the microwave plug could not reach the power outlet; when we transferred it to the counter and plugged it, turned out its not working. The entire place was falling apart, damages in the walls, molds plus LOTS of cockroaches. We were transferred to what they call as "better room" but also had cockroaches. If you want to be disrespected, sleep and dine with cockroaches, go ahead and book this property.

We arrived at 4PM from an international flight and 2 women met us at the lobby of Tower A. Upon checking the room, the pillows and bedcovers were smelly, TV was not working, and there are small cockroaches running about. We were surprised to see 3 electric fans in the room and wondered what they are for. At 1 am, we noticed that the aircon was no longer blowing cool air and became noisy/dysfunctional so we turned it off. We tried to turn on the electric fans but they were also not working so imagine the heat that we felt from 1am until we were transferring to another unit in Tower B at 10am. Also, they dont provide towels and toilet paper by the way so bring your own if you want to stay here. The unit where they transferred us the next day had the aircon working but still with small cockroaches flying about in the dining room, bathroom, closets etc. No toilet paper and towels also. This time the bedcovers and pillows smelled fresh at least. You also need to be aware that Booking.com price is not the final price, they will make you pay 150 per person per day for electricity and utilities and a 300 peso deposit, which is alarming as I expected it to be included in the booking.com price.

Misleading information on the accommodation details. Additional charge of Php150 per head for utilities (electricity, water, wifi, etc.) was advised only after payment or booking confirmation was sent via message. There is no 2 bedroom and 1 living room in the property. Its a studio type apartment and separated only by drawers. the linens and towels are dirty and too small.
