"Bad dirty apartment"

When we arrived at the apartment, we found it messy and dirty. The bed on the second floor was messed up and full of hair.We informed the owners, they replied that the cleaner forgot to tidy up and anyway the second floor bed is not used. I wonder if there are any other problems? I informed you that you cannot use the air conditioner. As of this writing, the owners have disappeared and have not returned or answered the phone.After turning on the air conditioner, water ran on the floor. We stayed for 11 days. It was very hot, the bed was hard, we slept very poorly, our backs hurt.The deposit is unencumbered. It is not possible to contact the owners.
