There was mould on the walls and it also smelled a lot like mould in there. No capsules for the coffee machine

The apartment had a massive leak. I communicated to the host/agency at 9am. They did not proposed any alternative apartments until 5.30pm, which was located 20minutes away from this apartment, which was in the desired area. On the top of that, we arranged to meet the host/agency in the new apartment at 7pm, they did not arrived until 7.40pm. I will not use this app again, the service provided was extremely bad.
