Nonsense to collect key at the office given the traffic in Lisbon, it should be much better if staff could meet guests at the site. Clear instructions on wifi, apartment access, and car parking should be given.

Central Porto location. Very nicely appointed apartment. Completely updated with modern decor. Beds were comfortable. One parking space available. Very close to main shopping district. Elevator to help get bags to 3rd floor.

We loved the location, the design and decor of the living space, the cleanliness, the ease of check-in, and the price.

The kitchen needs additional dish towels and a sponge for wiping counters so guests can clean up after meals. More pods for the coffee maker would have been nice since we were a group of 4 adults staying 3 nights.

Apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Location was excellent. Ideal for attractions-most within a twenty minute walk.

My only complaint is that a little maintenance is required on some of the furniture-screws out of a chair base and a collapsing bed !

This is a lovely, modern, comfortable apartment very close to the main shopping area, exactly as shown in the photos. We were there on a bank holiday weekend and Porto was very, very busy. However the apartment was in a quiet area, so it was peaceful overnight. Our host Monica was excellent! We had a couple of queries during our stay and she was easy to contact, responded quickly and was very helpful. Thank you Monica.

The only small thing that could have improved the apartment would have been some thicker curtains in the bedrooms to keep out the daylight at dawn, but really that's a small thing.
