Excellent: Location ; the society; the apartment- beautiful,big, airy, very well maintained, good quality furnishings, safe,secure ; Excellent, polite and very responsive staff, accommodative. Strongly recommended.

Nothing much - can just also provide some very basic but essential stuff like, hand towels, toaster and appropriate water drinking glasses etc. The online advance registration, check in and deposit payment process became a little cumbersome for me.

The premise is nearby to many eateries and less than 15 minutes to the city. It's a gated area with 24 hours security on duty. The unit is spacious and fully furnished.

The power cord extension cable wasn't in a good condition.

Love the spacious living room and also enjoyed the bathtubs to the fullest! Water Dispenser was very important to me as I do drink water a lot.

As the host as already explained before checking in, unfortunately the TV will auto-restart by a few minutes interval while watching. Also wished there was more shirt hangers provided (had 3). Also the wall plug was limited with no multi-plug extension provided, so we had to take turns to charge our devices. Other than that everything was lovely & would definitely recommend! Definitely would book this apartment again when i travel to Jakarta in the future!

Amazing facilities

Could access reception for an hour and a half walking in the rain trying to find the place.. was told it wasn’t the hotel when it actually was which confused us . Someone finally came and got us and he was really nice and helpful
