Jó helyen a parthoz közel helyezkedik el. Szép a berendezés, a hűtő nagy, a terasz kényelmes.

Sajnos a törölközők, az ágynemű és a padló sem volt teljesen tiszta. A porszívót nem ismerik. A fürdőszobarész vízköves, így a vízsugár is korlátozott volt a zuhanyzóban. És ezen kívül hangosak a lakók.

La pileta excelente, ubicación muy buena! Cerca de todas las playas! Y de la avenida principal en la esquina. Sin dudas cuando vuelva a playa del Carmen volveré al dto.

Superbe endroit près de tout , jaccuzi dans la piscine, ont a adoré , nous avons eu un bris avec la cafetiere et ils nous l'ont remplacé en une question d'heure... tres bon service.. nous y retournerons assurément 😀

Monolocale moderno e accogliente, balcone con vista su cortile interno. Ospiti ammessi. Il condominio si affaccia su Avenida Constituyente quindi nella parte più tranquilla della Quinta Avenida. Nessun rumore

The apartment seems to be brand bew. Very stylish, fully equipped. The position is amazing ! On the corner with the La Quinta (5th avenue) with all the cafes / restaurants...but at the same time there are no night clubs/bars with loud music around like in other places in the Center. Even music from the restaurant stops around 11 pm/midnight. Moreover, the only really nice ,wide and clean beach in playa del carmen (clean water, without smell etc) which is located 5 min walking distance from there : playa coco beach (with joins then the playa 72 colosio). Hot jacuzzi and pool on the roof top are incredible. In the hot hours you can rest there in the shadow..and there is always a breeze, wind from the sea so it is never too hot. In the evening you can enjoy jacuzzi until 10pm. Check in and check out were very easy and explanations were clear. Maria was helping us with all our questions: she was super supportive and she organized for us a late check out and evwn after the check out she let us use the amenities (pool,roof top terrace and jacuzzi) until the time of our taxi for airport (6.30 pm) which was great! We definetely will be back again!
