Love the location, had everything I needed.

We thought that the cabin was very nice and clean. Really loved the location also. The front office staff were amazing !! Helped us with directions to our concert, the best way to get there. The next morning we asked for a place to go for breakfast and they recommended a great place, The Kettle. Wonderful breakfast.

The code for the gate wouldn't work when we came back from the concert. Thank goodness an employee came by and helped us.

I loved my cabin. It was SMOOTH checkin and checkout process and enjoyed the lakes and zen feel. Loved how quiet it was at night .

It’s not efficient to get in and out quickly - we weren’t campers and had places to be in Saratoga so at times we were stuck behind campers trying to get situated and no way around them and that held us up because there were campers held up behind them - and narrow roadway just can’t get around and on way out we were stuck with a vendor truck for sewage and just not efficient . I also don’t like that it wasn’t easy to park at my cabin- especially trying to park at night w/o worrying about hitting a fire pit or picnic table and cabin next door parked their golf cart in our entrance to park . The second night we arrived we were blamed to have high beams on and we didn’t . It was because they were sitting low to ground and I had an SUV . Im thinking about coming back in the fall - what would make it perfect value is a fireplace indoors. Also need floor mats as it was easy to track in dirt and no mats on inside , just outside . Would like a table outside on porch in case I wanted to eat or read or whatever - there’s no place to set things .

Cabin was updated and clean.

No hooks to hang clothes or towels and no cleaning products.
