Cosy 3 bedroom spacious House

This is a large and spacious, clean, cosy and sound proof house in a good location to Romford Brewery Shops & Romford Town Centre. It also has 1-2 parking spaces (one of which was a side driveway, which was an added bonus).

This house needs a bit of tlc, like some minor decorating, as it has some scuff and dig marks on some of the walls and the skirting boards throughout the house, and some minor damage to the main bathroom on a small part of the wall and the floor. The toilet seat came off in the downstairs toilet and it wasn’t reattached. We mentioned it to the owners and they said that it’ll be fixed on the Monday, this was noticed and reported on the Sunday morning, but nothing was done about it. This should’ve been fixed before hiring out this house each and everytime as an airbnb. The hot tub in the very small garden wasn’t in use, although it was advertised. This was until I actually asked to use it. So the owners both cleaned it out on the Saturday morning and treated it, then they filled it with fresh water. But very frustratingly despite warming up the water for over 4 hours, the water was ice ice cold. Which was extremely annoying, especially for my kids.

It had all the facilities we needed and location was good

The place was not clean ,walls dirty and stained ,one couch was dirty ,carpets and rug dirty ,two full ashtrays left on table outside and the bin was filthy when I took bag out ,this place needs a deep clean and walk fresh coat of paint,also skirting covered in dust

Great location on a quiet street.

Great location; onsite parking for more than 1 car so ideal for us.
