The property was clean and the host was very helpful. She helped me finding a shuttle for the airport.

The property was not connected well to anything. If you have a car then it’s good. I couldn’t find any taxi there and no taxi wanted to come there.

Not very far from Rome and also close to the Italian coast, so beaches are nearby

It was difficult to understand the parking. There was only one air conditioner as heater for the whole apartment, which wasn't good enough for the winter and noisy. We are not supposed to use the washing machine, even though it is mentioned to be present in the facilities.

It was possible to arrange a taxi in the early hours of the morning. Good communication - the owners responded quickly to our queries.

It looks as if it’s close to the airport, but it’s NOT easy to get to it away from. Arriving late evening we found it impossible to find either a taxi or public transport and had to walk 30 min. As two of us had mobility issues, this was problematic. The bed in the lounge was not comfortable. The whole place is tiny and up steep steps. Overall, we found it to a be an overpriced and uncomfortable option for our needs.

It was very homely, relaxing to stay in this house after traveling for 7 days accross Italy. It was very clean, very well ventilated house. The kitchen has everything . There is a superstore ( Conad) right next to this house. The beds were comfortable. The nearby Beaches in Fregene was fantastic.

Since we didn't bring our car, the location was not very suitable for public transport and so we ended up hiring taxis.

The flat was great, very clean and comfortable, close to the train station to get to the Civitavecchia port and within easy reach of the airport. The host was friendly and accommodating

Nothing, everything was what we needed

The apartment was really good and comfortable with all amenities provided by the host for a comfortable stay. Great apartment for a summer getaway.

The apartment was too cold and the air-conditioning isn't available in the bedroom and the living room separately but placed in the corridor which doesn't sufficiently warm any of the rooms. Hot water was insufficient.
