"Mala experiencia y perdí mi dinero."

Actuaron de mala fe para no permitir el ingreso al apartamento luego de notificar que no podía ingresar el mismo día de la recerva puesto que la recerva se realizó a las 9 pm y me indican que el check-in era hasta las 4 pm es ilógico. luego solicito cambiar para el día sigue el check-in haciéndome responsable del día perdido y aun así no me permitieron ingresar al apartamento después de tener 6 días pagados. Se quedaron con mi dinero y no disfrute ni siquiera 1 día el apartamento según sus políticas.
