"Connection with the host is a disaster if you are not tech savvy"

The location is good. The room was very comfortable. Kitchen and other facilities were good.

The connection with the host was a disaster! They give a whatsap/text number which they do not respond on providing the details of the keys to be collected. After 6 pm their phone is switched off and you get a message stating that they will revert the next day at 9/10AM. This is TERRIBLE if you arrive late night, don't have the key details, and don't have the APP for booking.com!!!! One then has to try and download the APP to get a message of where the keys are! This MUST be improved, and trust me we will never stay in such a place where the owners, don't provide details of entry on email or on text or whatsap. Not the whole world is familiar with apps, and other such modes of communication. Booking.com please look into it, as this was an extremely harrowing experience for us.

"Exceptional"

It was actually beyond our expectations. Super nice and fancy. Very comfortable, too. Due to its location that is above Kuningan Mall, it's easy if you wanna buy anything. The house is very clean and the staff would help you if there's any issues raised. There is a lot of storage for the closet in the master bedroom.

We had a problem with our Netflix at the beginning but it was solved rapidly so it's okay. Water dispenser issue too but we managed to solve that too.
