"Strategic location in the heart of Cebu City"

Good location, near a mall. Decent water pressure and heater. Netflix works well.

Needed to check-in slightly earlier due to illness but there was a delay. Slow check-in at the concierge, elevators are also not the fastest. The room and bed were rather narrow.

"Comfortable place"

It was very comfortable and the location was great. Washer was really useful since I was travelling and need to wash clothes. We're able to also use the kitchen as it has cups, plates and utensils. The guard was also helpful in booking a taxi cab at 4am going to the airport.
