"Convenient renovated flat"

Newly renovated, spacious apartment. Supermarket right next to it. Train station 5 min walk.
In February the apartment was very cold-we had to warm it with a/c but still was uncomfortably cold. Kitchen had no pans and pots so no real cooking possible. Bad sound isolation you could hear every sound from the street and bar right under the apartment.
