Finest Retreats - Eryri Magic

Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated apartment with a small terrace (first floor) where you could sit outside. Separate kitchen too. Very centrally situated but quiet as it was at the back of the building. I had a lovely week there.

I would have liked the kitchen to have a fan extractor and the mattress was not the best but everything else was great thank you.

The property's location was great.

The keys we received were unlabelled, leading to the accidental insertion of the wrong key into the front door, resulting in a charge for its removal. It was evident that this issue had occurred before, given the bent state of both keys. Regrettably, the host placed the blame squarely on us, displaying a lackluster approach to customer service. Furthermore, their insistence on a £150 security deposit before arrival raises concerns, as it hindered our ability to fully relax during our stay due to fears of potential damage, which was compounded by the apartment's existing considerable wear and tear. By the way, this is charged on top of the fee for your stay, and is only refunded after you've checked out. Despite our earnest efforts to communicate our perspective, the owner remained adamant about the charges. This overall experience fell short of providing the expected hospitality and customer service, leading us to conclude that we will not choose to stay here again in the future.

Spacious and quiet. Heating was sublime, cooking facilities great and central location

The door was difficult to find.

Location and parking worked out as the property didn’t have parking but we were lucky we always found a space somewhere near - Takeaway’s, Central Pub The Heights, Indian Restaurant and Spa all on the door step. Great little balcony which with the weather was a bonus.

Nothing - just maybe the stairs after we had walked Snowdon legs were done but really we couldn’t fault the property.

Very conveniently located on the Llanberis high street, and almost directly at a Sherpa Bus stop, which makes getting the bus to Bangor or Caernarfon very easy. Also a good starting point for the Llanberis Path and/or the railway up Snowdon. The flat has separate living and dining room, kitchen, bedroom and small outdoor garden area. Everything worked as expected - oven, shower, TV, etc. We didn't try the hobs or heating.

Since we visited in summer with temps in the 25 - 28 range, the ventilation could have been better; the windows don't open very far. A freezer and microwave would have been nice to store and heat food. The bed was a bit small for two people.

Great location central Llanberis but needs some TLC

Needs attention, multiple little things needs changing to make it a cracking place. Not sure the fan in bathroom should have brown tape on it… Pillows & mattresses need changing.

Could have done with a few more crockery/pots/pans
